Our helpline is available Monday- Saturday from 8am until 7pm to speak with our pregnancy options team.
Our pregnancy options specialists will support you in decision making, linking with appropriate support and community services and navigating Queensland healthcare system to access abortion care.
We also provide therapeutic support. Including decision making counselling, pre-abortion support and post-abortion counselling. We provide counselling by telephone, video call and in person in our lovely office in Milton.
Our service is free for anyone living in Queensland, regardless of visa status.
We won’t tell you what to do or push you in any direction. You know your own life best. Our role is to walk alongside you, so you feel supported in making the decision that’s right for you.

Yes. All contact with Children by Choice is completely confidential. We never share your details without your consent. You can call anonymously if you prefer.
While our counselling services are based in Queensland, we can still provide information and link you to appropriate services in your state or territory.
Children by Choice is not a medical clinic nor an abortion provider, but we can connect you with trusted providers who offer contraception, abortion, and pregnancy care services.
