Things to keep in mind

Will anyone know I’m using it?

A small mark might be visible at the injection site on the day you get the shot, but this usually fades.
Period changes may also give an indication you’re using hormonal contraception.

Could someone tamper with it?

No. Once the injection has been given, it can’t be tampered with until the 12 weeks have passed.
